I hope this message finds you well. It's been a month filled with unexpected challenges, from a computer crash to family illnesses, and more. Yet, even in the face of adversity, there's a bright spot that keeps me going - the release of our book, "Draw your Gratitude: A fun art journal for thankful hearts."

Our book is born from a shared vision between me and Happiness Coach @RashmiYadav. Though our paths differ, we both converged with a common goal: to create an empowering tool. This tool affirms positive mindsets, allowing every person to contribute to the collective consciousness that aspires to create a kinder world, one thankful heart at a time.

My artistic journey has always been deeply spiritual, a practice rooted in letting go, embracing kindness, and nurturing empathy. These principles serve as the cornerstone of my art coaching philosophy. On the other hand, my dear childhood friend Rashmi, known as the "Happiness Coach," is on a mission to create a kinder, more resilient, and empathetic world through life coaching grounded in Positive Psychology.
